Managed to check out Galerie Perrotin over the summer (flip-side hemispheres) with partial members le Stoops Gang. This happened to line up nicely with the run of Pharrell William’s thematically curated art show, aptly titled “G I R L” — after his second official studio album which dropped earlier this year. A lot of gems, especially if you’re well acquainted with Skateboard P lore, outside and as an extension of his musical prowess and creative curiosities.
Although this show is over now, if modern contemporary art tickles your shit (Takashi Murakami, Ryan McGinley, Yoko Ono), then this gallery is definitely worth a stop. The shop contains some of the best in stock books and reprints as well.
