Knowing the artist, I don't know if his intention is completely true, or that he just wanted to draw a dope comic book cover. Either way he forgot about all the train station gangdurrs!!
Also featured is some purty freckled chick from a disturbed anime about hard life in the suburbs, and the consequences of love and grisly demise. I have no idea ay.
